RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at lookofcare@outlook.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resellable condition

For hygiene reasons, used beauty tools cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at lookofcare@outlook.com

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used beauty tools

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
